Ticket Fraud Alert!

Dear Visitors,

It has been brought to our attention that people have been sold fraudulent admission tickets by third parties on the internet especially from the marketplaces. 

These tickets contain invalid QR codes as listed below which cannot be validated at our entry turnstiles and hence the ticket holders will be declined entry to the park.

If you are in possession of such tickets, please seek clarification or lodge a report and request for refund from the source of your purchase directly. 

We urge all visitors to abstain from purchasing Entopia tickets from unverified and illegitimate sources. Any information that you have regarding the individuals or companies selling fraudulent tickets should be shared with us immediately so action can be taken against these irresponsible ticket scammers.
