What is the Entopia Discovery Pass?
The Entopia Discovery Pass is an annual pass that offers 365 days of unlimited access to Entopia, allowing you to explore the park at your own pace throughout the year.

What is the price of the Entopia Discovery Pass?
Priced at RM200 per person (aged 4 and above), the pass is valid for one full year from the activation date.

Where can I purchase the Entopia Discovery Pass?
The Entopia Discovery Pass is available exclusively online via the official Entopia website.
It is not available for purchase onsite, including at the ticketing counter or self-service kiosks.

Who is eligible for the pass?
The pass is available to all individuals aged 4 years and above.
There are no separate rates for adults, children or senior citizens.

Can the pass be shared or transferred?
No. The Entopia Discovery Pass is:
– Strictly non-transferable
– Valid only for the registered holder
It cannot be shared, reassigned or used by another individual.

Can I upgrade or modify my pass after purchase?
No. Once purchased, the pass:

– Cannot be transferred

When does the 365-day validity begin?
The pass will be auto activated 7 days after the date of purchase.
From the activation date, it will remain valid for 365 consecutive days.

Can I use the pass immediately after purchase?
No. The pass is only valid after the 7-day activation period.
During this period:

Can I access any benefits within the first 7 days?
No. All benefits; including park entry, discounts and privileges are only available after the 7th day of the purchase date activation.

Biofluorescence is a natural phenomenon where living organisms absorb ultraviolet (UV) light and emit it as visible colours, revealing patterns and features that are not visible under normal daylight conditions.

Entopia By Night operates weekly from Thursday to Sunday.

Park Rules & Prohibited Items

What are the general park rules visitors should follow?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, visitors are kindly required to observe the following rules:
– Pets and other external animals are not allowed in the park
– Smoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor and outdoor areas
– Please dispose of waste responsibly using designated bins
– Visitors must not disturb, handle or interfere with any animals or exhibits unless under supervision by Entopia personnel
– Feeding of animals is not allowed
– Plants and flowers must not be plucked or removed

Are visitors allowed to collect butterflies or specimens?
No. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
– Catching live butterflies
– Collecting dead specimens

Any individual found doing so may:
– Be fined
– Face legal action under wildlife protection laws

Possession of protected species without proper licensing may result in:
– A fine of up to RM50,000, and/or
– Up to 2 years imprisonment

Are commercial activities allowed inside the park?
No. The following are not permitted within Entopia premises:
– Unauthorised selling or solicitation
– Third-party commercial activities

Are there restrictions on visitor behaviour?
Yes. For safety and preservation purposes:
– Climbing on rocks, trees or structures is not allowed
– Gambling of any form is prohibited
– Removal of any park property is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution
Visitors are required to follow all safety signage and instructions provided throughout the park.

Does Entopia accept responsibility for injuries or incidents?
Visitors are expected to comply with all park rules and safety guidelines.

Entopia shall not be held responsible for:
– Injury or accidents arising from prohibited or unsafe activities
– Loss or damage

What items are not allowed into the park?
For safety and security reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited:
– Remote-controlled flying devices (e.g. drones, RC planes)
– Personal wheeled devices (e.g. segways, roller skates, skateboards, wheeled shoes)
– Outside food including pork and pork-based products, durians and mangosteens
– Alcoholic beverages
– Weapons or sharp objects (e.g. knives, blades, firearms, explosives)
– Fireworks and firecrackers

Safety, Security & Emergency

Are there security checks at the entrance?
For the safety and comfort of all visitors:
– Bag checks may be conducted at the entrance
– The park is monitored with 24-hour CCTV surveillance
All public areas are recorded for safety, security, and operational purposes.
Visitors are encouraged to review Entopia’s Privacy Policy prior to entry.

Are children allowed to enter the park on their own?
No. Children below 13 years old must be:
– Accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

Are there safety guidelines for the travellator?
Yes. For safe usage:
– Wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed on the travellator
– Wheelchair users should use the public lift instead
– Children must be supervised at all times
– Running on the travellator is not permitted

What should I do in case of an emergency?
If an emergency alarm is activated:
– Remain calm
– Proceed to the nearest exit or fire door
– Gather at the car park area
Entopia’s Emergency Response Team will assist with evacuation procedures.

Is first aid available?
Yes. First aid services, including an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), are available.
– Please report any incidents to the nearest staff member immediately
– Assistance can also be obtained at the Information Counter

Visitor Conduct

Are there any dress code requirements?
Visitors are required to wear appropriate attire in accordance with Malaysian laws.
Clothing with:

Can visitors organise games or group activities inside the park?
Organised games and group activities are permitted only with prior approval from park management.

– An external surcharge fee is applicable

Is smoking allowed anywhere in the park?
No. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted within the park.

In the event of:

In the event of any damage or breakage, whether intentional or accidental, the item will be considered sold and full payment will be required.

Signage stating “Once broken, considered sold” is displayed in-store for reference.
