    • To organize and implement event or PR related activities and developing communication, advertising and promotional materials for both print and online
    • To handle all online communication initiatives which include content development, website promotion and customer inquiries
    • Maintain relationship with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promoting Entopia
    • Maintenance and updates of company website and social media
    • Draft and translate texts in all printed materials such as advertisements, posters, brochures and booklets


  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Good command of written and spoken English, other languages / dialects will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed in social media, website and online marketing tools
  • Proficient in graphic design will be an added advantage

He / She is responsible to promote nature appreciation, provide a welcome, hospitable environment with rewarding and engaging learning experience to all visitors of Entopia through various guided activities.
Plan, prepare and conduct daily in-house activities at the scheduled time slot including butterfly release session.
Provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors.

Possess at least a Degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Entomology, Zoology or related field.
Passionate about nature
Proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
Able to speak comfortably before groups of people.
Excellent interpersonal  and communication skills.
Able to conduct activities in a lively and fun manner.
A dynamic and committed team player who is reliable, responsible, enthusiastic, flexible, friendly, courteous and outgoing.
Minimum one to two years of work experience in tourism, education or training sectors.

Job Summary:
Conduct nature learning programmes for schools, organisations and the public in general, including foreign tourists.

To conduct nature learning programmes and activities including outreach programmes, workshops, camps, events.
To handle visiting groups including but not limited to students from kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, tertiary schools as well as the general public.
To plan and propose new nature learning programmes and modules, while promoting the existing nature learning programmes to teachers and schools/institutions/others.
To follow-up with schools/institutions/other representatives to confirm details of programs and/or visits.
To brief schools/institutions/other groups on programme schedule, rules, regulations, etc. upon arrival.
To prepare necessary materials and props for educational programmes and/or workshops.
To learn and carry out husbandry duties to care for the animals i.e. feeding, cleaning and maintaining the good conditions of the animals.

Trustworthy, able to handle children and be able to hold their attention.
Have people skills, friendly, patient and caring.
Love nature and teaching.
Creative, well spoken, flexible and willing to learn new things.
Able to multi-task, independent and have good time management.
Willing to handle live amphibians, reptiles and invertebrates.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Biological Science, Education, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
Minimum one to two years of related work experience in the tourism, education or training sectors.
Required languages: English, and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
