Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is strictly for Secondary Schools registered under the Ministry of Education Malaysia, participating in Entopia’s Regular Nature Learning Programme (NLP) that required a minimum of 20 students per programme session.

2. It is not valid for Regular Visits (RV), Outreach Programmes, Exhibitions, or Nature Workshops.

3. A teacher or representative from the school (Person-in-Charge, PIC) must liaise with the Nature Education Department for booking and confirmation.

4. To enjoy the promotion, the PIC must submit all required details (at least 7 days before the programme date) via the designated Google Form for the group bookings, which includes the official school letter and the transaction slip of RM500 deposit for verification purposes.

5. Deposit must be made upon confirmation, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable and not in exchange for cash, or items of equivalent value.

6. The promotion is valid until 31 December 2026 (inclusive).

7. The promotion is limited to forty (40) Secondary School with NLP bookings.

8. NLP booking with promotional rate is subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful submission and payment.

9. This promotion is not exchangeable for cash, refunds, or resale, and is not transferable to other parties once confirmed.

10. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special events.

11. Entopia reserves the right to amend visit arrangements subject to operational requirements.

12. Entopia admission prices, programme details, and operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

13. Entopia reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. In the event of any disputes, decision of Entopia shall be final.
