Terms & Conditions:
1. This promotion is available to all JCB cardholders from 15 August 2023 until 31 December 2024 (‘Promotion Period’), except for special events or special time slots or programmes which require a separate admission charge as announced by Entopia managed by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (Entopia) from time to time.
2. This promotion is applicable for WALK-IN purchase of Standard and MyKad Special admission tickets on all categories : Adult/Child/Senior citizen, within a single transaction per day. Adult is defined as 13 – 59 years old, child is defined as 4 – 12 years old & senior citizen is defined as 60 years & above.
3. Payment must be made with a valid JCB Credit or Debit card at the ticketing counter to enjoy the promotion within the Promotion Period.
4. This promotion is NOT available online.
5. Ticket holders are to scan the QR code(s) printed on their ticket(s) at the Entopia admission turnstile to enter.
6. Ticket holders must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.
7. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.
8. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.
9. Ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.
10. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion is only valid for admission on the ticket purchase date.
11. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.
12. All transactions are final. Ticket(s) are NOT for resale, NOT exchangeable for cash and NON-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.
13. This promotion cannot be used with other on-going promotions, discounts (family packages), school concession, group purchases, events or functions.
14. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change it operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.
15. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
16. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd shall be final.

Enjoy 10% off total bill with a minimum spend of RM 50 in a single receipt at Tapestree when you pay with your valid JCB cards. T&C apply.
Terms & Conditions:
1. This promotion is available to all JCB cardholders from 15 August 2023 until 31 December 2024 (‘Promotion Period’).
2. This promotion is valid for dine-in and take-away.
3. This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per card, per table, per visit.
4. Payment must be made with a valid JCB card in a single receipt. No split bill is allowed.
5. This promotion cannot exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other on-going promotions, combo packages, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, events or functions.
6. This promotion is applicable on all a’la carte food items, snacks, in-house beverages and in-house ice creams EXCEPT bottled mineral water, canned drinks and Nestle ice creams.
