Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is applicable only to group(s) participating in Classroom Nature Learning Programmes, Out-of-classroom Programmes, Team Building Workshop, Customized Nature Workshop, and CSR Workshops only. 

2. This promotion is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive). Any bookings or redemptions outside this period shall be considered null and void.

3. A minimum of two (2) weeks’ advance booking is required to enjoy the promotion for the Classroom Nature Learning Programmes, Out-of-classroom Programmes, Customized Nature Workshop, Team Building Workshop and CSR Workshops. Booking must be confirmed with a RM500 deposit payment upon booking to be eligible for the promotion. Bookings made without a deposit will not be entitled for the promotion. 

4. The “entrance on us” admission to Entopia has to be utilised on the same day of the booking made. This offer is strictly tied to the programme/workshop booking mentioned in (1) and is not redeemable separately.

5. Any participant(s) from the group booking who do not attend the programme but attempt to utilise the free entrance will not be permitted entry under this promotion. Any no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit and promo eligibility.

6. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested within a reasonable timeframe. Entopia reserves the right to withdraw the promotion for rescheduled bookings if terms are not met.

7. Entopia reserves the right to verify participant identity, group details, and booking information prior to granting entry under this promotion.

8. This promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and is strictly not meant for any resale purposes.

9. This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other form of promotions or special events, rebates and any other discounts, unless quoted separately by the educators.

10. Entopia admission ticket prices and operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

11.Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, refuse, delete or add to these terms & conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

12. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. shall be final.
