How the Discovery Challenge Works

Terms and Conditions
1. This campaign is open exclusively to valid Entopia Discovery Passholders.
2. The promoter is Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (173035-T), whose registered office is at No. 830, Jalan Teluk Bahang, 11050 Teluk Bahang, Penang.
3. Employees of Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd, their immediate family members and any parties directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this campaign are not eligible to participate.
4. There is no entry fee required to participate in this campaign.
5. Participants must complete all required tasks and collect a minimum of 30 stamps within the campaign period to qualify for the Entopia Discovery Challenge Finale.
6. All tasks must be completed within the campaign period. The deadline for submission of the Discovery Passport is 18 October 2026. Any late submissions will not be accepted.
7. Stamps must be collected at designated locations and are only valid when officially issued by authorised Entopia personnel.
8. The Discovery Passport is non-transferable. Lost, damaged or incomplete passports will not be replaced or accepted.
9. The promoter reserves the right to verify all completed tasks and stamps. Any fraudulent activity or misuse may result in disqualification.
10. Only participants who meet all requirements, including the minimum stamp count, will be eligible to participate in the Entopia Discovery Challenge Finale.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the campaign and/or its terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be published on the official website.
12. The promoter is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided to participants by third parties not directly connected to this campaign.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
14. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
15. The campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
16. By participating, participants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and/or images for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
17. Any personal data collected will be used solely in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
