The pass is applicable to all individuals aged 4 years and above. There are no separate rates for adults, children or senior citizens.
+ Can I share my pass with others?
No. The Entopia Discovery Pass is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered holder.
+ Can I upgrade or transfer my pass?
No. The pass cannot be upgraded, transferred or reassigned once purchased.
Activation & Validity
+ When does the 365-day validity start?
Your pass will be activated 7 days after the date of purchase and is valid for 365 consecutive days from the activation date.
+ Can I use my pass immediately after purchase?
No. The pass can only be used after the 7-day activation period. Entry and all privileges are not available during this period.
+ Can I visit or use the benefits within the first 7 days?
No. Entry, discounts and all privileges are not applicable within the first 7 days from purchase.

Yes. You may enjoy unlimited entries per day during normal operating hours.

Yes. The pass is valid on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

No. The Entopia Discovery Pass is valid for standard daytime admission only and does not include special events such as Entopia By Night.
+ Do I need to make a booking before visiting?
No. No prior booking is required. Simply visit Entopia during operating hours after activation.

+ Where do I go upon arrival?
Please proceed to the Entopia Discovery Pass Hub for verification and wristband collection.
+ What do I need to present for verification?
You are required to present:
a. Your Entopia Discovery Pass ID (digital or printed)
b. Your MyKad or Passport
+ Can I collect my wristband using only my ID?
No. Both your Entopia Discovery Pass ID and identification document must be presented for verification.
+ Will I receive a wristband for entry?
Yes. A wristband will be issued upon each visit and must be worn at all times within the park.
+ Can I put on the wristband myself?
No. Our staff will assist in securing the wristband for you.
+ What should I do after collecting my wristband?
After receiving your wristband, please proceed to the admission turnstile. Present your Entopia Discovery Pass ID together with your wristband to our staff for verification. No ticket scanning is required.
