Terms & Conditions:
1. This offer will be available to members of ONYX Rewards from 1st October until 31st January 2026 (‘Promotion Period’), except for special events, designated time slots, or programmes requiring a separate admission charge as announced by Entopia managed by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd from time to time.
2. This offer is valid for ONLINE purchase of Standard and MyKad Special admission tickets of Adult, Child and Senior Citizen on our official website at www.entopia.com using the promo code redeemed via ONYX Rewards website upon check out.
3. The promo code generated during the promotion period will be valid for multiple redemption.
4. This offer is NOT available at our ticketing counter.
5. This offer is NOT applicable for admission to Entopia By Night.
6. E-ticket(s) purchased is/are valid for entry within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase (not before or after); after which the e-ticket(s) will be NULL and VOID.
7. Expired e-ticket(s) will NOT be acknowledged, extended, replaced or refunded.
8. All transactions are final. E-ticket(s) are NOT for resale, NOT exchangeable for cash and NON-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.
9. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.
10. Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd] reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets or top up the price differences should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.
11. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.
12. This promotion cannot be used with other on-going promotions, discounts (family packages), school concessions, group purchases, events or functions.
13. Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd] may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change its ticket prices and operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.
14. Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd] reserves the right to change, refuse, delete or add to these terms & conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
15. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd] shall be final.
16. Liability Disclaimer : ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd., including its affiliates, directors, and employees, shall not be held liable for any issues related to visits, purchases, or services at Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd]. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, changes in admission policy, disruptions, or any dissatisfaction with the Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd] experience.
17. Exclusion of Responsibility: ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is not the operator, owner, or representative of Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd], and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd]’s services, ticketing issues, schedule changes, weather-related closures, or disputes with Entopia [Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd].
18. Governing Law : This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
