1. This promotion is valid to all holders of Entopia By Night tickets (physical or electronic), until 31 December 2026 (‘Promotion Period’). This offer is not applicable for special events, designated time slots, or programmes requiring a separate admission charge, as announced by Entopia managed by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (Entopia) from time to time.

2. This offer applies to WALK-IN purchases of Entopia admission tickets for Adults (13-59 years old), Children (4-12 years old) and Senior Citizens (60 years & above).

3. To redeem this offer, Entopia By Night e-tickets dated within 30 days from the date of purchase must be presented at the Entopia ticketing counter during the Promotion Period to enjoy the discount on day tickets.

4. Each Entopia By Night e-ticket entitles the holder to purchase one (1) Entopia day admission ticket at 20% discount.

5. This promotion is NOT available online.

6. Ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.

7. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion is only valid for admission on the ticket purchase date.

8. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.

9. All transactions are final. Ticket(s) are NOT for resale, NOT exchangeable for cash and NON-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.

10. This promotion cannot be used with other on-going promotions, discounts (family packages), school concession, group purchases, events or functions.

11. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change it operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.
