2023 Xmas Lucky Draw

Terms & Conditions:

The Promoter
The promoter is Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (173035-T) (“Entopia”) with its registered office is at No 830, Jalan Teluk Bahang, 11050 Teluk Bahang, Penang.

Eligibility
Tne Entopia Xmas Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is open to all visitors who spend a minimum of RM250 during the promotional period at Entopia.

Qualifying Purchases
Qualifying purchases include the following :
Entrance tickets to Entopia, which must be made at the ticketing counter or on our official website (www.entopia.com),
Merchandise items, which must be made at the Entopia Store.
Ticket purchases from third-party platforms are not accepted and will not be entertained.

Promotional Period
The Lucky Draw will run from 1 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. All qualifying purchases must be made within this period to be eligible.

Entry Mechanism

  • Visitors will be entitled to one entry in the Lucky Draw for purchases of RM250 and above in a single receipt. Combinations of receipts are not allowed and will not be entertained.
  • Visitors must submit the receipt(s) or proof of purchase(s) via the Google form provided.
  • Visitors are allowed to submit as many entries as they wish but can only win once.

Entopia is not responsible for any faults in transmission or reception during the submission / uploading process.

Exclusions
Purchases of tickets through third party channels (online travel agents, travel agents & marketplaces), nature activities, nature learning programmes, F&B items are excluded from this Lucky Draw.

Prizes
The Lucky Draw prizes include the following :

  • 10 x Entrance Tickets for 2 Adults and 2 Children + 1 Golden Platter Meal Voucher worth RM 291 each
  • 10 x Entrance Tickets for 1 Adult and 1 Child worth RM130 each
  • 20 x Entopia Limited Edition Enamel Pins + 50% Entrance Tickets Discount Voucher worth RM 87 each
  • 20 x “Orni & Friends” Button Badges worth RM 25 each

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are subject to availability and Entopia reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The draw will take place within three (3) days after the end of the promotional period.

Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the submission of the receipt(s) / proof of purchase(s) within seven (7) days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the notification, Entopia reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select the next qualified winner.

Publicity
By participating in the Lucky Draw, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities or media coverage related to the Lucky Draw. Winners also agree to the use of their names in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with the current Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Participants are providing information to Entopia and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.entopia.com/privacy-policy/

Verification of Entries
Entopia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entries that do not meet the specified criteria.

Disqualification
Entopia reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

Amendments and Termination
Entopia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or terminate the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Entopia.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country.

By participating in the Entopia Xmas Lucky Draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
