• Combo Set A consists of two Adult tickets, one Golden Platter, one Signature Chicken Chop with Fries, one Minute Maid canned drink and one Heaven & Earth canned drink.
• Combo Set B consists of two Adult tickets, one Golden Platter, one Fish & Chips, one Minute Maid canned drink and one Heaven & Earth canned drink.
• Combo Set D consists of one Child tickets, one Mac & Cheese, one 5pcs Chicken Nuggets & Fries, one Bottled Mineral Water 600ml.
• Combo Set E consists of one Child tickets, one Spaghetti Bolognese, one Cheese Toast Sandwich with Smiley Fries, one Bottled Mineral Water 600ml.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is available until further notice, except for special events or special time slots or programmes which require a separate admission charge as announced by Entopia managed by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (Entopia) from time to time.

2. This promotion is available online AND at our ticketing counter.

3. The food options available in all the Combo Sets are fixed and request for changes in dishes and drinks will not be accommodated.

4. Ticket holders to scan the Ticket QR code(s) printed on the ticket(s) at the admission turnstile for entry and again at the Tapestree Cafe cashier counter for redemption of the food according to the set purchased.

5. MyKad tickets are available for Malaysian residents and Standard tickets are for non-Malaysian visitors. Proof of identification will be required for entry to the park at the admission turnstile.

6. Adult is defined as 13 to 59 years old; Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old and Senior citizen is defined as 60 years old and above. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.

7. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if ticket holders are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Ticket holders will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.

8. The ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.

9. Expired ticket(s) will NOT be acknowledged, extended, replaced or refunded.

10. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.

11. Ticket(s) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.

12. All transactions are final. Ticket(s) are NOT for resale and NOT exchangeable for cash.

13. This promotion CANNOT be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts (family packages), school concession, vouchers or privilege cards, group purchases, events or functions.

14. Entopia may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change its operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.

15. Entopia reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

16. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Entopia shall be final.
