Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is available till 31 December 2025 (Promotion Period) and only valid for WALK-IN purchase of admission tickets on TUESDAYS via CASHLESS payment mode.

2. The CASHLESS payment mode include payment via credit card and digital wallet.

3. Adult is defined as 13 – 59 years old, child is defined as 4 – 12 years old & senior citizen is defined as 60 years & above.

4. Bearers of MyKad with Penang state code of 07, 34 and 35 or with Penang residential address will be entitled to the discount during the Promotion Period.

5. Original copy of Penang MyKad or proof of residency must be presented at the ticketing counter upon purchase of the admission ticket(s) to enjoy the deal within the Promotion Period.

6. One (1) Penang MyKad is entitled for 30% off on one (1) admission ticket only under this promotion.

7. The admission ticket price after the 30% discount will be RM 45.50 for adult and RM 31.50 for child or senior citizen.

8. Allowed to bring one Malaysian friend (non Penang-Kia) to enjoy the discount.

9. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion is only valid for admission on the ticket(s) purchase date.

10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts (family packages), vouchers or privilege cards, offers, group purchases, events or functions.

11. This promotion is NOT available for tickets purchased ONLINE.

12. Ticket holders are to scan the QR code(s) printed on their ticket(s) at the Entopia admission turnstile to enter.

13. Ticket holders must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile. 

14. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.

15. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.

16. Ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.

17. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion is only valid for admission on the ticket purchase date.

18. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.

19. All transactions are final. Ticket(s) are NOT for resale, NOT exchangeable for cash and NON-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.

20. This promotion cannot be used with other on-going promotions, discounts (family packages), school concession, group purchases, events or functions.

21. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change it operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.

22. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.

23. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd shall be final.
