Terms & Conditions
Please read our Terms & Conditions before purchasing tickets. Admission is waived for children aged 3 years and below and people with disabilities upon presentation of valid OKU ID. MyKad rates are only available for Malaysian citizens and permanent residence upon presentation of MyKad and proof of residents documents. No refund will be given due to inclement weather. The entrance fee waiver for persons with disabilities (OKU) does not apply to Entopia by Night admission.
Group Bookings
Groups of 20 or more are eligible for discounted admission and must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. For enquiries, kindly contact our Sales Department at sales@entopia.com
