Entopia Welcomes You Back
We are very blessed to emerge from a seven-month-long hibernation on 18 November 2021 and we can’t wait to welcome all our dearest visitors back to our park since then.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought tremendous damaging impact and great difficulties to our business due to the prolonged lockdown. Some of our facilities are still temporarily closed and we seek your kind understanding on this matter. Allow us to walk this road to recovery one step at a time.
The Malaysian government has announced the implementation of a more relaxed SOPs on 27 April 2022. Hence, Entopia will adopt and follow the guidelines set by the Malaysian National Security Council and the Ministry of Health with effect from 1 May 2022 onwards.
> Mask-wearing will be optional at our outdoor gardens but is highly encouraged in crowded areas;
> Masks will be required at our Indoor Discovery Centre, The Sphere / The Atlas (our indoor activity venue), Tapestree by Fried Chicken Master (our F&B outlet) and Entopia Store;
> MySejahtera Check-in is no longer required at Entopia;
> Entry to Entopia is allowed for all visitors regardless of their vaccination status;
> All visitors will be required to allow staff of Entopia to check their risk status on MySejahtera upon entry to the park and at the ticketing counter;
> COVID-19 positive cases with High Risk status on MySejahtera and those under HSO are prohibited from entering Entopia;
> Social distancing is no longer required but highly encouraged in crowded areas.
All Entopians are fully vaccinated and are ready to provide you with a safe and worry-free experience in the park. We will continue to take precautionary measures to curb and minimise the risk of the COVID-19 spread and infection.
